The registration fee entitles delegate access to all scientific sessions, commercial exhibitions, welcome reception and fellowship night and receipt of book of abstracts, certificate of attendance and other conference materials.
The registration fee for the accompanying persons entitles guest to the welcome reception and conference dinner , One half day city tour and admission film and arts sessions.
Registration and payment of delegates will be confirmed through e-mail.
Cancellation and Refund
Notification of cancellation and refund requests must be submitted before January 21, 2013 in writing to the Conference Secretariat. No refund can be given for the cancellation of any registration after the said date.
Payment is through Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards via the Paypal website, Paypal Account or Bank Transfer.
Official Letter of Invitation
Official invitation letters will be issued upon request to facilitate the delegate’s travel and visa arrangements. This invitation does not imply any financial commitment or support from the organizing committee.
